Characteristics of the undergraduate entrepreneurial students at the Neiva and La Plata campuses from Universidad Surcolombiana

Abstract
Entrepreneurship according to experts on the subject, is one of the pillars that will allow the economic development of societies, since they are ones who explore opportunities to improve their environment from wellbeing of its needs. Based on an investigation focused on determining what are the characteristics of the entrepreneurial undergraduate students belonging to campus of Neiva and La Plata de la Universidad Surcolombiana. We was found that there are specific patterns of mentality and thought, that allow development of new entrepreneurship and specific features that, if replicated, would contribute to the construction of better training plans in entrepreneurship.
