Abstract
One worked with athletes of the team of taekwondo category feminine 13-15 years of the EIDE Carlos Leyva González of The Tunas, integrated by a sample of 10 athletes, representing the population’s 100%. The present investigation began in the month of September of the 2014 and you culminates in the month of May of the 2015, this team reached the 7mo place in the last competition. He/she was carried out an observational, descriptive and traverse study on the base of a diagnosis fáctico. For this investigation he/she was carried out a meticulous study guided to the improvement of the execution speed in simple and complex offensive actions. One kept in mind a bibliographical revision, psychology of the age, the preparation technique-tactics and physical, as well as the physiologic factor. The used investigation methods were the historical and logical, analysis and synthesis, inductive-deductive, systemic structural among the empiric ones used: the observation and the interview, those that allowed to guide the designed objective of the work. That they should influence in a positive way in the final result of the investigation.
