Strategic prospective " El Mic Mac" as support for the identification of key variables for the formulation of strategic plans, application to the microenterprise " case analysis micromarkets and shopkeepers in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga

Abstract
This article examined the use of strategic foresight as a tool for decision-making in microenterprises. I especially analyze the case of Micromarkets and shopkeepers in the Bucaramanga metropolitan area. An analysis was carried out on the information collected in survey-type instruments and they were identified by analyzing the internal and external situation that affects this kind of business, the prospective tool specifically the cross-impact matrix (MIC MAC) was used in the context of microenterprises. The findings revealed that strategic foresight can be an effective tool for identifying key variables, opportunities, and threats, formulating long-term strategies, and making informed decisions in the context of microenterprises. By identifying key variables, the importance of anticipation and vision of the future in strategic decisionmaking in microenterprises was highlighted, as well as the need to adapt and apply these prospective techniques in an appropriate manner to the characteristics and resources of microenterprises, but above all it was found that the combination of strategic direction and prospective allows formulating much more effective strategic plans by taking into account the tools of the prospective such as the one used by the MIC MAC
