Abstract

The impact of ethical and moral values on university professional training is a complex problem; They not only influence the academic field, but also shape the future professional performance of students. It is essential to understand that professional training is not limited only to the technical and theoretical knowledge acquired in the classrooms. Values play a crucial role in the comprehensive development of students, since they influence their decision-making, their ethical behavior and their ability to face challenges that may arise in their professional career. We sought to evaluate the influence of ethical and moral values in university professional training from a comprehensive, edifying perspective. The quantitative approach was used for data measurement and statistical analysis; Its function was to collect the data, analyze it and measure it. The types of study used were the descriptive one that was used to narrate the phenomenon under study and the correlational one that was used for the purpose, to determine the degree of relationship or association between the variables. It is concluded that the incorporation of ethical and moral values contribute to the integrity and commitment in the career of the university professional.
