Abstract

In this article, the author presents a reflection, located in the field of initial teacher training in Chile, based on research findings, located in the focus of action research. Understood as a way of studying, of exploring an educational situation in order to improve it, in which those involved in the studied reality intervene as inquirers, in this case of the students leading to a degree, in the process of professional practices in an aboral context.

The pedagogical experience of future teachers in the classrooms of schools and high schools is a standard requirement in the educational project of the pedagogical careers of the universities, where each training institution has its own approach defined as it is an enabling curricular activity for the titling.

The need arises that the teacher, from his own practice in the classroom, becomes an investigator of his professional work.
