Abstract
The issue of public interest that has become the problem presented in Venezuela due to the different violations of human rights that its nationals are subjected to on a daily basis, encourages the documentation and dissemination of this crisis through the publication in different media of the scope and actions carried out by international interventions in border areas in order to confront the difficult position of these regions. For this reason, the present article outlines the difficulties revealed by the Venezuelan country and the national and international actions carried out in the department of Norte de Santander as a bordering region receiving the massive mobilization of Venezuelan nationals.
