Ontological analysis of maternal death from the conception of the pluriverse

Abstract
Objective: to analyze maternal death as a public health problem and as a high-impact social problem, with consequences such as orphanhood and the economic impact on families.
METHODOLOGICAL DESIGN: this study had a mixed design based on in-depth interviews, mathematization of reality, and the proposal of indicators for the systematization of interventions for maternal health care in spaces of cultural diversity.
RESULTS: among the most important results are the visibility of cultural barriers to communication between the social actors involved in maternal health care and its search.
RESEARCH LIMITATIONS: the need to expand the study area and compare it with other areas of the state and the country.
FINDINGS: these revolve around the need to contribute to interculturality that favors ethnic groups that interact in search of public health and control of maternal mortality.
