Research in doctorate degrees in education in Colombia. A preliminary look at its research perspectives

Abstract
This review and reflection article on research in doctorates in education in Colombia explores the offer of programs at this training level, identifying the name, aspects of the administrative and organizational structure of educational commitments, geographical location, the type of university and the credits required, as well as the duration.
Likewise, it alludes to the demands of the regulatory framework that regulates and monitors doctoral programs, emphasizing the requirements of high-quality accreditation and going through the burden of significance that the quality attribute implies.
Emphasis is placed on the research emphases of the programs offered at the doctoral level and on the research groups that support it, based on the publications that are socialized and incorporated into the Cvlac, with the purpose of reflecting on its importance. Both in the university itself and in programs with doctoral offers.
It ends with a reflection on the perspectives of the research that is being developed and the implications regarding pedagogy, based on the meaning that is taken in the different modalities observed, as perspectives of knowledge.
