Abstract
In issue 8/12 of our Redipe Newsletter Magazine, some capital issues are developed in the educational and pedagogical universe, related to learning, skills and hermeneutics of education.In the first article the Spanish pedagogue José Manuel Touriñán de la Universidad Santiago de Compostela presents the benefits of hermeneutics to education to understand the complexity of this act, and its convergence with Pedagogy, as a philosophy applied to education. The following works reflect and operate around competencies and learning. Let's see.
