Abstract
This chapter, the result of research, analyzes the impact of the multidimensional hybrid model on doctoral programs in the broad field of education and pedagogy, highlighting its contribution to the situated construction of knowledge and pedagogical practice. It examines the object of study, the theoretical and epistemological foundations, and the articulation between established and establishing research, framed within a critical, humanistic, and contextualized perspective. The metaphor of the polyhedron of intelligibility is proposed as an analytical tool for understanding pedagogical praxis in its dimensions of institutional culture, discursive training, and strategic interactions and actions in the context, which promotes inclusive training and a situated construction of knowledge and pedagogical practice in the territories.
