Proposal for a conceptual model for msmes and entrepreneurs as a support tool to counter obstacles in the market

Abstract
Obstacles are usually present during any stage of the life cycle of a company, therefore, it is sought to improve over time in different aspects in order to achieve success; For this reason, this work determines a guiding tool for future entrepreneurs, although it can also be used by entrepreneurs, since it will lead to consider putting into practice references aimed at organizational survival.
For the elaboration of the conceptual model, a search for theoretical information was carried out, to contrast it so that it can be effective and simple at the time of its visualization. The data obtained for the elaboration of the model was carried out previously, where a qualitative analysis was made, using semi-structured interviews as the main data collection technique, processing the information in the Atlas TI software (version 8) which allowed to know business obstacles and the keys to success of companies in the service sector corresponding to economic activity, food production, distribution codes 5613.5619 ISIC (International Standard Industrial Classification) of the city of Villavicencio. Obtaining as a result the development of a conceptual model that allows the user to obtain a vision of the main obstacles in the market, with the effective way in which they can counteract them, as well as the success factors and the keys to achieve it.
The model represents the factors that have an impact, which can be positive or negative, depending on the management of the company, in addition, it contains the parameters that each organization can follow to strengthen or implement within its processes.
