Abstract

What is educate? Is it mere organization of thought from a formal logical order? What does the Other tell me with his presence and his language? Who is the Other in the act of learning? What does it mean to include the Other in school? What meeting points can we establish with the Pedagogy of the edifying and sentient Understanding (PCE)? These and other questions arise in the world of the school in its dynamics, loaded not only with wisdom and knowledge, but also with joys and tears, among so many facets that emerge and hide the school world. This is what this article highlights.
