Abstract

In issue 8/11 of our Redipe Newsletter Magazine, four relevant topics are developed in the educational and pedagogical concert: Teacher training, teacher skills, curriculum and learning.
The first article calls into question the issue of teachers from a radical and inclusive perspective, especially the problem of the absolute in the field of training, primacy of teaching; there the dialogic reflection, the models including the educational systems and official curricula that intend to educate fully, in addition to the professional profiles that they impose. It claims - over reflection - meditation, the first didactic or formative methodology in history (Herrán, 2017a).
It also contains the article on teacher labor competencies, regarding the management of human capital to detect these.
The curricular theme can be seen in several articles, especially those referring to designs in the framework of multiculturalism and poverty. The others also address, in one way or another, the subject of learning. Let's see.
